Interviews are treated as sources for improving the framework, not as endorsements of a finished theory. What gets published is a reviewed synthesis of reasoning patterns — never a transcript, and never quotes without permission.

Participation is voluntary. Interviewees see and approve their synthesis before publication, choose how they are identified (name, role only, or anonymous), and can withdraw before publication. No patient information is ever discussed or recorded.
